Dru Pagliassotti is a professor of communication at California Lutheran University. With Kazumi Nagaike and Mark McHarry she is guest co-editing a themed issue on boys’ love of the Journal of Graphic Novels and Comics (Routledge). With Antonia Levi and Mark McHarry, she edited a collection of essays published in 2010, Boys’ Love Manga (McFarland). She has published research on BL manga in Intersections: Sexuality in Asia and the Pacific and Particip@tions: Journal of Audience and Reception Studies. Dru also runs The Harrow Press and writes fiction.
YaoiResearch.Com was started with Mark McHarry’s assistance. It primarily serves as a periodically updated bibliography and timeline resource for other researchers. Anyone is welcome to contribute items to the timeline or bibliographies by emailing them.
